Our Home
The Jasmine House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Hawaiian plantation home built by Castle and Cooke Ltd in 2000, In 2010, a craftsman designer remodeled the home by adding a wrap around lanai, mahogany floors, and granite counter tops and more.
Home is designed for a maximum capacity of 4 adults, 2 children.
It is only a few block walk to Dole Park & the historic town center where you can shop for local art & souvenirs, pick up groceries,, or dine out. You may want to take in a movie at the recently renovated historic theater, or go for a swim in the newly upgraded community pool.
Rates
- Nightly Rate: $425.00 night
- Festive Season:
- (November 14 to January 14)
- Nightly Rate $575.00 night
- 5 day minimum stay.
- Weekly rate:
- (7 days+: 10% discount) excluding festive season
- Monthly rate:
- (28 days+: 25% discount) excluding festive season
- Cleaning $175
- HGET+MTAT+TAT Tax: 17.4166 %
- Security $500
Amenities
All new appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove & refrigerator) All new Casper beds were added in 2018.
Internet and wfi available.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 60 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund unless a replacement guest is booked.
